Can I get a rush order?
We understand that due to patient needs you may require a faster turnaround An express turnaround time is available for an extra 20% of the stated price.Please call us and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
What are your turnaround time?

Acrylics 3 full working days
Frameworks 10 full working days
Valpalst 10 full working days
Splints (hard) 3 full working days , Laminates 2 full working days ,\
Mouthguards 5 full working days if not in stock
Bites and special trays 2full working days
Same day for repairs additions and hard relines
Working time begins when the work arrives in the laboratory and excludes public holidays.
How do I pay you?
Payments can be made either by cheque, or direct bank deposit. Payment is required 30 days after statement.
How will I receive the work and do you deliver to my area?
We are able to service practices across Australia and customers we currently service not in our local area experience the same standard of service as our customers 5 km away.
Local clients can benefit from daily collections/deliveries from our own drivers.
For clients further afield we use ANCcourier company or AusPost Express
Are you able to take shades at your laboratory?
No. However you may arrange for one of our technician to attend the patients’ appointment at your surgery.
Which has the best esthetic, Procera or Empress or PFM?
Empress has the best esthetic out of the three. The only drawback with Empress is that it has to be bonded, can only go up to the 5’s is like glass and can’t be used on decoloured abutments where as Procera and PFM can be cemented conventionally.
What is the warranty on your products?
Crown & Bridgeabd Chrome frameworks are covered with a 5 years workmanship and material warranty. Acrylics Are covered for 1 year.
Is the Laboratory open to the public?
