Firstly
Just download a lab card (or call us and we’ll send you however many cards you need).
Include as much detail as possible in your instructions. The more specific you are, the more likely you will receive exactly what you asked for the first time.
Next
Send us the lab card and impressions. As we work from YOUR impressions it is imperative that they are as accurate as possible to ensure it fits first time every time. Feel free to include in the package: photos, diagrams and anything else you think may assist us with your order.
Then
If you live locally, all you need to do is call and we’ll be happy to pick the case up. Otherwise you can use Australia Post, or a courier service such as Australia National Couriers (ANC) to send it to us.
